A Spanish - style Parochet
The style and colors of the Parochet change from one to another, according to the customs and traditions of the community. This one was made for a Spanish Synagogue. The material is black velvet, on which the text is embroidered and the decorative motifs are partly painted and partly interwoven with silver and gold threads.
